You can cancel your shed or garage order before delivery. Our cancellation and refund policy is:

  • If no custom supplies have been ordered and the building isn’t built, you will receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • If custom supplies are ordered but the building isn’t built, you will receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee and the cost of custom supplies.
  • If the building is built, you will receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee, custom supply costs, and a 5-10% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns after delivery or on-site construction. Defects or damage are covered under our warranty policy.
